Keyholding & Alarm Response
This facility is specifically designed for those instances where property is either empty or vacated by staff or bona fide contractors for any period of time, and out of hours access may be required for whatever reason. Typically, this service is combined with Alarm Response; Spectrum retain sets of keys on behalf of a growing number of organisations, whether it be to allow Police or Emergency Services out of hours access to premises, to allow us ingress upon an alarm activation, or simply to open up or close premises for outsourced personnel such as cleaners or utility services staff, this can be a safe, dependable and extremely cost effective solution to an issue also preoccupying many insurance companies these days…..WHO’S GOT THE KEYS?
